I have to lol at that....remember those pics from early Panic shows, where people were wondering if that was Singer in the front row?

Evidently it was....

02.24.2007 - something to do on saturday
spencer and i were out last night and ran into a kid who was in the front row to our first show. if you live in vegas, they are called The Cab and they are playing at The University Theatre. you should probably go. if you dont live in vegas, check out there myspace @ www.myspace.com/thecabrock

the CAB was not signed to decayDance until mid-May of 2007, I believe? So 3 months before they were signed, Panic was already name-dropping...

Yeah well, they were only signed to decayDance because of a demo they gave Spencer - probably at that very show so...
The Cab are definitely Panic's babies <3

yeah. :) it was mostly the fact that one of them was at *the very first Panic show* that got me all

Since he said they 'were out and ran into him', so I think this particular meeting would have been just, randomly running into him while shopping or something, and talking....
